Shiitake Mushroom Clinic

For centuries, the most popular mushroom in Asia was gathered off fallen logs. Wildlife Prairie State Park is pleased to announce that the Illinois Walnut Council will be conducting a class on the process of natural log cultivation of these mushrooms for home culinary benefits for several seasons to come.
The Cost is $10.00 and additional logs may be purchases as long as they are available.
